Day 3

Our first stop this morning will be Screen and Sound Australia, the National Screen & Sound Archives. See the changes in Australian society through film, television, radio and recorded sound. Visit Telstra Tower for a 360 degree view over Canberra. We then travel to the National Arboretum for a beautiful picnic lunch and admire the precision of the National Bonsai garden. The remainder of the afternoon will be at the Australian War Memorial, which commemorates the sacrifice of the Australian men and women, who have served in war. We stay and be part of the closing ceremony at the Pool of Reflection where we hear the Last Post and pay tribute to our soldiers.
