After a leisurely breakfast we board our coach and make our way to Holbrook, the unusual town with huge submarine, the resting place of HMAS Otway. Leaving Holbrook we mosey on to Goulburn via the ‘Dog on the Tucker Box’ (Gundagai). After a casual lunch we call in to the Historic Waterworks Museum for a guided tour. This rare facility is the only complete, steam powered municipal water supply left in its original location, in the Southern Hemisphere and is set on the banks of the picturesque Wollondilly River. After a thrilling few days we have a relaxing two nights stay at Sutton Forest, a small village in the Southern Highlands.
