Day 1

Day 1  –  Friday, 14^th May    (L,D)

We head out of the glitzy Gold Coast and over the mountains and towards a town where the skies are bluer and the air is fresher, Warwick.   Go back in time at the Glengallan Homestead and Heritage Centre, then onto the historical town of Warwick which is where you enjoy a light lunch followed by a guided tour of a large historical hotel, built in 1887.  Hear the story of an old hat and glass bottle in the walls of the building, relics of an ancient Celtic tradition to ward off evil spirits.

Tonight we gather for our “Welcome Dinner and Drinks”
