Day 10

You awake to a brand new day and after a good breakfast you tour the World War II Top Secret United States Airbase History Convoy and discover the story behind 3,500 USAAF servicemen based in Charleville from 1942 to 1946.  History brought to life and yes, the ladies should also enjoy this tour.

Historic House & Museum tour will delight and take you back…..and, how about Billy Tea and delicious damper spread with syrup, honey or jam made just for you by one of the local characters.   Your picnic lunch is in the Graham Andrews Parklands where you have the opportunity to enjoy a leisurely stroll around the lake which will allow you to identify and lean of 18 different species of Outback trees.
