Day 1

The morning sees a chance for a relaxed, leisurely start before we head to the Margan Estate, a family owned award winning winery. The Estate is found in the Broke Fordwich Wine Region, a picturesque region of the Hunter Valley. Margan Wines are uniquely estate grown and estate made.

Our day includes;

• A garden tour in the impressive one-acre kitchen garden
• You will enjoy a hands on masterclass with one of Margan’s Chefs.
• Followed by a delicious, three course lunch with matching wines in the award winning hatted Margan Restaurant
• We take our rime for a relaxed lunch before making our way to our accommodation for the next 3 nights
