Day 2: (B,L,D)
After breakfast we continue north, stopping for morning tea along the way. Our lunch stop today will be Jamworks. Sue had been making preserves since the late 1980’s selling her creations at local and interstate markets. The original small shop offered over 100 varieties of gourmet preserves, sourcing most of the ingredients from local farms. The local district has everything you can think of, tomatoes, capsicums, zucchinis, eggplants, onions, garlic, chilli, stone fruits, many varieties of berries and of course the well-known Stanthorpe Apples!
