Day 1:  (L,D)

This morning we travel South, making our way to Fagan Park, located is the Hornsby Shire.  Here we will enjoy morning tea before continuing to the picturesque Blue Mountains arriving at the beautiful Mount Tomah Botanic Gardens.  This 252-hectare gardens sits on the summit of a basalt capped peak 1,000 metres above sea level is the world heritage listed Blue Mountains. Home to a world class collection of plants from the cooler southern hemisphere.  Here we will enjoy an informative guided tour and lunch.  Afterwards, we make our way to Carrington Hotel our home for the next 2 nights. Once settled in we get ready for tonight’s Gala Dinner Yulefest Celebration in the Grand Dining Room with Pre-Dinner Drink and Winter Canapes, Traditional 5 Course Yulefest Dinner in the Grand Dining Room, Carollers, Entertainment, Santa, Christmas trimmings, centrepieces, bon bons and entertainment performed by a local pianist. An amazing evening not to be missed!!!
