    This morning, we head North to the beautiful Tocal Homestead near Paterson. Here we enjoy a two-hour guided tour of the heritage site. You will be entertained with stories of the characters and activities at Tocal over the past 200 years. See the barn the Colonial Architect designed, hear about a lad who went on to become Captain Thunderbolt and learn about a wealthy businessman’s vision to change the lives of destitute children. Lunch is included with the guided tour and is a traditional farmer’s baked dinner, with dessert and tea or coffee, served in the Tocal College Dining Hall.

    Today we visit the Dural area to visit Monkeys rescued or rehomed for their retirement. For 40 years Banana Cabana has been home to many monkeys retiring from Fauna Parks, Circus’s, Research Facilities and private ownership. They have done their bit in their former careers to educate and entertain us and can now sit back and enjoy retirement in a tranquil and peaceful environment. We enjoy a picnic lunch here today before visiting Swaine’s Nursery for a look around before heading back to The Central Coast.
